User Feedback
TechDoc provides a User Feedback system to help you track and improve your documentation based on user responses.
How Users Provide Feedback
When a document is published, every page includes a "Was this page helpful?" message at the bottom.
If a user selects Yes, it is recorded as positive feedback.
If a user selects No, they are prompted to enter their concerns in a comment box, which is recorded as negative feedback.
Tracking User Feedback
To view collected feedback:
1. Click on the Collection where the document is published.
2. A menu bar will appear at the bottom.
3. Select User Feedback to open the feedback dashboard.
The User Feedback section displays Page Name, Positive Count, Negative Count, Comments
