Publishing your collection ensures that all the documents inside it are visible on the internet. By publishing, you make your documentation easy to share, accessible to users, and ready for public viewing.
Without publishing the collection, even if individual documents are published, they will not be accessible publicly and will result in a 404 error.
How to Publish a Collection
Publishing a collection ensures that all its documents are publicly accessible. Follow these simple steps to make your collection live:
Click on the collection you want to publish from the left sidebar.
In the menu bar, click on Publish Collection.
A unique link will be generated for your collection. This link will be used to access your published documents.
Click on the Publish button to make the collection live.
