Create an expense ledger or account


In Giddh, you can create different types of expense accounts and directly make entries into those ledgers.
This helps you categorize expenses clearly by creating multiple groups, sub-groups, and the accounts under them.

To create the expenses accounts and start making entries -

Log in to your Giddh account.

To create any account in Giddh, go to the Masters section.

You will find multiple groups already created by default.

Select the group in which you want to create the account.

For example, to create an expense account, you can select Indirect Expenses > Other Indirect Expenses.

Go to Indirect Expenses > Other Indirect Expenses, then click on Create New to add a new ledger.

Click on Create New, then choose either Create Account or Create Group as per your requirement.

Enter the expense name and complete all required details, then click Save to finalize the entry.
